Jim Frank Workshop MalvernSweatLodge.com

The Medicine Wheel and the 12 Steps: This workshop is for everyone. Our modern thinking gives us goals to meet and looks for the event that will solve our "problems." This linear way is not found in nature. In a circle, we will use ritual and sharing to rediscover the old way of seeing our life’s challenges on the circle and the wheel and how to use the 12 steps to transform them. An ongoing support workgroup: to delve into the daily applications of work and teachings presented by such masters as Don Carlos Castaneda, Don Miguel Ruiz and others. The goal of the group is to foster joy, unconditional love and abundance in each and every moment of our lives. We will share our personal challenges and insights on how to end involuntary and compulsive mind chatter that prevents us from being fully present in the internal now. As we detach from these repetitive though patterns that keep us attached to suffering, we learn how to fully embrace inner peace. Each meeting will be interactive, and we will learn through mutual support and sharing, in conjunction with various meditation and “dreaming” exercises designed to foster a profound transformation of our individual and collective consciousness. And, yes, there will be lots of “homework”. Taking responsibility for our own happiness leads to unconditional love, beauty, creativity, joy, and deep inner stillness. The group will meet on the second Friday of each month. Cheryl Pike, mentored by don Miguel Ruiz, author of “The Four Agreements”, will facilitate and the fee will be $20 for the evening. Please read the book before attending. This book serves as a powerful tool to rapidly transform our lives. All interest levels welcomed. Bring a chair for your comfort. Nobody will be obligated to be there for each meeting, but it would greatly benefit the group if as many people as possible can show up on a consistent basis. To RSVP Contact 215-773-0553 or cherylsoltis@yahoo.com.
