The 5th Annual Healthy Living Expo, was held October 18, 19 and 20th at the Valley Forge Convention Center. The Expo showcased the wide range of holistic services and products, and offered lectures and workshops for people who are interested in enhancing a healthy balance in their lives.

The Expo, presented and produced by The Health Connections Center, drew 8 - 10,000 people from the greater Philadelphia/New Jersey/ Delaware region. Past and current sponsors have included Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Health Connections Center, The Center for Advancement in Cancer Education, Green Mountain Energy, Wisdom Networks, TLC Healthcare, Philly Online, The Inquirer, Daily New, KWY-TV, and City Paper.

It held approximately 175 exhibitors from around the country, including hospitals and physicians, who offer complementary and alternative healthcare, as well as nutritionists and body workers. Other featured services and products including yoga, natural food markets, nutritional supplements, periodicals, spas, schools, organizations, and many others. There were more than 60 prominent speakers on a wide range of health topics.

ONE... A Shared Journey was there, sharing a table with Temenos Retreat Center spreading the word for connections in our area.
